Adam Austin returned my phone calls. A lot of places don't. He gave me a date and approximate time when he could do the work. On the day he was to come, he called me several times to keep me informed as to an exact time when he would be at my house. He arrived when he said he would. I added some extra things I wanted pressure washed, and he was very accommodating, and said, "No problem.". He pressure washed my very long driveway and two-story house. My home was in need of a new coat of paint which I had discussed with my contractor but since I live off a gravel road a lot of dust had accumulated over time which would cause the paint not to adhere as well as it should. We have a two floor house with brick and vinyl. The Eve's and second floor are vinyl and on the north side of the house, they tend to grow mold. Also the gutters are supposed to be white but over the years...they were badly stained. I have tried washing them but I could never get them white.
We asked Adam to come price the job and wash it. The price was more than reasonable and when he finished the job, I was amazed. The mold was gone and my gutters were white again!
